The day went pretty well until from just below my forehead to just above my chin it felt like and sounded like the ocean was in my head. During the day it wasn't constant. Off and on. Almost felt like I had been swimming or flying in a plane. It's hard to explain.
After work is when things got worse. The strange feeling and sound was now constant and driving me crazy making me irritable and just not feeling so well. Getting kind of worried I decided to call Dr. McCombs phone number to see if this could be related to the plan or if maybe I was getting sick. When I explained what was going on she said it was normal. The first week I needed to be sure I drank lots of water, eliminate, sweat and get lots of rest. What I was feeling was the toxins in my body.
So far today has went well. The feeling and sound was gone when I woke up. The only thing I have noticed is some itching which is common when detoxing. My ears kind of feel almost as if I am getting an ear infection or vertigo is about to set in. That is most likely detox too. Good thing for Dr. McCombs Detox Essentials or I probably wouldn't be able to function at all today.
Still having troubles with elimination. :-( I am taking the trace minerals so just maybe a few more days and things will start working again. Hoping so....
Lost 2 lbs overnight. Having troubles with the diet, so limited, I don't really feel like eating anything. I will adjust to it, it will just take me some time.
